PrepCARS is operated by Amr AlMasri, operating as PrepCARS. Our mailing address is 14 1076 Vansickle Road N, St. Catharines, ON L2S 0G9, Canada. For privacy questions, access requests, corrections, or help deleting your account, email contact@casprep.net.

We collect the information needed to provide PrepCARS: your account email, optional display name, exam date if you enter one, your terms-acceptance record, and the practice records you create. Practice records can include your answers, confidence selections, timing, notes, highlights, crossed-out choices, reasoning diagnoses, and results you choose to record.

If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and the page where you joined. Our infrastructure providers may also process limited technical information needed to deliver and secure the service, such as request and device information.

We use your information to create and secure your account, provide practice and review features, preserve your practice history, respond to you, operate and protect the service, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising profiling.

PrepCARS is not conducting research with user information. We do not ask for research consent and do not use your practice records for a research study.

We use Supabase for account authentication and database services, and Vercel for website hosting and delivery. PrepCARS currently configures its Supabase project in the United States, in Ohio. These providers may process information in the United States or other locations where they or their subprocessors operate. Their processing is limited to providing the services we use to run PrepCARS.

We do not use third-party advertising trackers at launch. If we add a payment provider, we will update this policy before collecting payment information and identify that provider at checkout.

PrepCARS uses necessary authentication cookies to keep you signed in and local storage for your selected display theme. We do not use those technologies for third-party behavioural advertising.

We retain account and practice information while your account remains open. You can delete your account from Settings by confirming the deletion request. Deletion removes the account and its linked practice records. A limited system record may remain only where it has been de-identified or where retention is required by law.

You may also email us to ask for access to or correction of your personal information. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding to a request.

We use access controls and technical safeguards designed to limit access to personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

PrepCARS is for adults. Do not create an account or use the service unless you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live.

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will post the revised policy here and change the effective date. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your use of PrepCARS is also governed by our Terms of Use.
