Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your access to PrepCARS. PrepCARS is operated by Amr AlMasri, operating as PrepCARS, at 14 1076 Vansickle Road N, St. Catharines, ON L2S 0G9, Canada. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use PrepCARS. Contact us at contact@casprep.net.

You must be at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your password, and all activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

PrepCARS is an independent educational practice tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the Association of American Medical Colleges, any educational institution, admissions committee, test administrator, test-preparation company, or other testing or admissions organization.

We do not know and do not possess nonpublic information about how any organization designs, scores, administers, or evaluates tests, applications, or candidates. We do not know what any organization looks for. PrepCARS does not guarantee, predict, or represent any test score, admissions decision, evaluation, test content, or other outcome. References to MCAT and CARS describe the intended subject area and compatibility only.

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable right to use PrepCARS for your own preparation while you comply with these terms. PrepCARS and its original passages, questions, explanations, design, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, sell, scrape, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, or use the service to build a competing product.

You may not misuse PrepCARS, interfere with its operation, attempt to access another person's account or data, upload malicious code, use automated collection tools without written permission, or use the service in a way that violates law or another person's rights. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or a security risk.

Paid PrepCARS access is not currently available for purchase. When paid access launches, the checkout page will show the price, applicable taxes, access period, included features, payment provider, and any other material terms before you are charged.

The planned Full Cycle offering is a one-time purchase with four months of access. It will not renew automatically unless a future checkout page clearly says otherwise. The launch refund policy is a manual refund request made within 30 days of purchase by emailing contact@casprep.net. Nothing in this section removes consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may change, pause, or discontinue parts of PrepCARS to maintain, secure, or improve the service. We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.

PrepCARS is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including uninterrupted or error-free availability and fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Ontario law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you.
